Blasthaus' "FURTHER" events focus on electronic artists who are pushing the boundaries of techno and electro sounds and often experimental e-music stars as well. Lately the event has occurred on a monthly basis at a variety of different venues. Past performers include Richie Hawtin, Miss Kittin, Matthew Dear, 2ManyDJs, James Murphy, Dabrye, Squarepusher, Thomas Fehlman, Michael Mayer, Reinhard Voight, Ellen Allien, Superpitcher, Swayzak, Steve Bug, Modeselektor, People Like Us, Wobbly, Blectum from Blechdom, members of Negativland, Mixmaster Morris, Jon Tejada, Pulse Programming, Adam Freeland, Chris Clark, Mira Calix and many more!

Further evolved as somewhat of a continuation of our mid-90's series called "Electromechanik" which featured artists like Pole, Neotropic, CAN, Jim O'Rourke, Steve Roden, Da'tachi, DJ Spooky, Atau Tanaka and Scanner. See our calendar for updated event listings of this nature which usually occur as one-offs.
